Airtime paid and not received

I paid R600 for airtime last week 27 October 2019 in the morning. Paid from Absa account and never received airtime. Bank notified me they cannot reverse the transaction. I’ve been trying to contact Telkom so many times with no avail. Only machines trying to assist you. Hopeless situation. --
