Airtime not recharged

Last week Monday I bought airtime using my banking app but did not receive any airtime.After 24hrs I called into your offices and I was told that I should take the matter up with my bank to ask what went wrong...and I did. Capitec came back to me after writing a review on this site and they told me that on their side the airtime went off successfully but yet I still do not have my phone recharged. I wrote on your FB page and no one bothered to get back to me or ask about the the progress.It’s been a week now and my account is still sitting on R0.00 and now I don’t even want the airtime anymore but I want my money back because technically speaking this is *****ing.
