Airtime not loaded

I loaded a R100 airtime via Capitec bank, to *** " Friday at 11:10am, today the airtime is not koadef on my number, i phoned Telkom customer service no answer, the call is not going through, I'm ver dissapointed, and I needed my airtime to be loaded
