Airtime not credited to account

I bought airtime on the the Absa mobile banking app on the 29th of October 2019 but was never credited to my account . After multiple calls to the Telkom call lcentre no one seems to be able to sort this out .I have also checked my details were correct as this is set as a regular beneficiary.Please sort this out ASAP( I will give you no stars if I could )
