AIRTIME NOT CREDITED BUT MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK

I recharged my prepaid number on Sunday from my bank and the funds were deducted but the airtime has not been credited yet. When enquiring from Telkom chat the following day, i was advised that there is an ongoing issue and for all customers and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Guess what, its has been 72 hours and no refund no re imbursment has yaken place, i eant my MONEY BAC****
