AIRTIME NEVER RECEIVED. TELKOM RIPPED ME OFF

I purchased airtime using my credit card. my airtime was never credited to my account. they said it take up to 24 hours to reflect. its 3 days later. my query is still pending with Telkom. my credit card was debited. I WANT MY MONEY BACK R150. TELKOM HAS RIPPED ME OFF

I logged a call on the 8th Oct. Its the 25th and it has not even been processed or looked at yet. But i was told 72 hours
