Airtime long over due I want my money back Telkom

I bought airtime for R160 in November last year using my bank card. It hasn't reflected even now. I kept on calling the call center they kept on promising me that it'll reflect after three days. What's annoying is that they gave me multiple case numbers to track my case, after I gave them a call again few days ago they told my that it has been resolved. But how? I haven't received my airtime or my money, what they do they keep on harassing me to pay the outstanding balance of "extra-time airtime that I borrowed.
