AIRTIME DONATIONS TO OTHER TELKOM NUMBERS WHILE PHONE WAS BOOKED FOR REPAIRS

I booked my phone for repairs at telkom Menlyn, the battery and Sim card was not given to me. During it stay at repairs airtime donations amounting to R500 were done. When I saw this amount, I immediately complained to the store it turns out that no one wants to account for transactions done.
