Airtime disappearing

My airtime is disappearing after every recharge. Its been months now. I would recharge and not use it but it would still decrease. I can’t even get through to your contact centre. Dailed the 180 and was directed to the useless whatsapp service. I downloaded that **** app as well but it seems like it is just as useless. I can’t take this anymore. Please sort it out ASAP.
