Airtime disappearing

I had R80 free airtime and bought R12 airtime and used that to buy LIT streaming data but now my airtime and free airtime is used up. How did that happen if YouTube videos charge from the LIT streaming bundles. This is not the 1st time it's happening. Its useless calling the contact centre because the agents are useless nje.

I think I did a big mistake by porting to Telkom. You rip people off. When I borrow airtime they also deduct. The agent told me that I must've subscribed to something but when I buy the airtime myself nothing deducts.
