Airtime

Telkom's customer service is whack, they have changed to a chat platform so that they can ***** us over and no one will have to deal with the consequences of their incompetence, I bought airtime through the ewallet and the airtime wasn't loaded, tried to make an enquiry but they customer service menu will give you a run around until you decide to give up. Because *****ing people up is the only thing they know, can I get this sorted out ASAP.
