Airtime

I bought an airtime on the 25 of October 2024 on the Nedbank money app and i haven't received the airtime yet. I reported the issue to my banker Nedbank and they said they have spoke to Telkom but they haven't gotten a response yet that was 2 weeks back. I personally called Telkom they said I must send them my bank statement which i did but i haven't gotten a response from them since. So now i must wait a whole month to get an airtime or refund from them.
