Airtime

I bought R100 airtime voucher via my banking app and was loaded. I then tried to buy more nice R68 data which I always do and I never have problems, but this time my airtime is gone n the data is not there too. I called them several times telling me they will escalate the matter but I'm still waiting and I want my airtime back this is a lot of money. After that I'm done with telkom
