ain't no service provider

<p>I laid a report about 3 weeks ago with regards to my line being restored and telkom had told me atleast 10 times within that time period that they will get back to me and they didn't since . telkom as ignored every call and continued to tell me the same thing everytime I called . They expect me to pay an additional fee for something that was there fault . A case as been reported to there collection department and they didn't get back to me since , I wonder what they do whole day ? cause they haven't got back to me for 3 weeks . </p>
