AI*** - contract CT*** - still not resolved

<p>On 19 January Celiwe Libala wrote me an email confirming that this matter has been resolved and that the contract I did not agree to and which was never requested has in fact been cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunatelly true to form Telkom fails again in customer service - this matter has not been resolved. I have received my February account and it is showing contract "3 of 24 months". </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable, I will NOT ACCEPT THIS CONTRACT and I will cancel my subscription with Telkom before I go with this contract - kindly sort out - revise the invoice and send me a new one, as this is simply NOT GOING TO HAPPEN</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
