AI*** - no feedback

<p>I app**** for business contracts on 29 November 2016 - every few days i get an email asking for information that could have been asked initially. The operator Saidrin Reddy, refuses to respond to emails and does not want to give his manager's details. I even sent an email to a complaints department who has not responded since I lodged the complaint on the 7th of December 2016. Why is can Telkom's management not be accessed. All I ask is feedback. According to the operators this process takes 7 days....well this is clearly not 7 days.</p>
