Agreement not met

I reported this complain last year on this media and then Telkom phoned me to advise that they will sort out the issue as i was complaining about applying for a land line and then they instead install adsl system which i phoned and reported numerous times to the company without success. I have recently been phoned by the collector{Attorneys} advising me that i have not paid Telkom and threatening me that they are gonna list me on ITC. I tried phone Telkom again bu they are just putting me from pillar to post and no one want to talke responsibility. Dissappointed about the service.
