Agreed to R500 deal. Received invoiced for R1000!!

I have just received my first invoice from Telkom for just under R1000!!<br> When discussing a deal and contract with Ryan at the Claremont branch he explained a deal for a 4MG capped line that would cost a total of R500 ex VAT. He assured us there were NO HIDDEN CHARGES or extra charges. He said there was no installation fee or anything else that would pop up as an unforseen cost.<br> I have just received my first invoice for just under R1000. This is far to expensive and way out of my budget. I would not have agreed to this deal if I had known it was going to cost so much. Please can someone contact me to discuss why I have been charged so much and why we have not been given the deal we signed up for. <br> I have really received terrible service from Telkom, and now they want to charge R1000 (DOUBLE the deal I agreed upon).
