*********** agents and worst service ever, Deducts money from account and does not get allocated.

Most *********** people that does not now how to work with accounts. Does not allocate money deducted from my account.

They took over R6900 rand from my account over the past 2 Months and the money is not allocated to my account. Where i am suppose to be in credit it shows i am up to date. When i phone them they don't even pick up the amounts deducted from my accounts and my accounts remain suspended. It is the worst provider ever delt with. Call agents are just reading the data that i can see from logging in myself and they are no help at all.
