Agent that deserves a comendation

Dear Manager,

I hope this reaches the agent, Pinky, that assisted me today. (Billing Department)

I would like to thank her for providing exceptional service to me.

This is the first time I have been completely blown away with the quality of service that I received, it was truly from someone that cares a great deal about helping others.

Before I spoke to her, this query/dispute has been going on since last year without resolution, until she had it resolved in a matter of hours.

Her professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
