Agent not being thruthful when selling Telkom contract.

On the 18/07/2016 at 09h22 i received a call from a agent named Genevieve Josely Naicker who stated that she is calling on behalf of Telkom Mobile from CCi. She sold me 11gigs data with a Smart saver contract which included 50 all net mins and 500meg. She said the entire deal is a R118p.m and nothing more. I was sceptical and enquired why are they calling it a telkom 500 when they giving 11 gigs and she said its a promo and that it comes free. Pay for 500megs and get the 10.5gigs free. She never mention before hand that it is free data at wifi hotspots. I did hear her at the end mention 10gigs free at wifi hotspots when she was reading the clauses and i never bother about it because i knew i won't make use of that. The point here being made is that she clearly sold the deal off as 11gigs and never mention that the free data is at the mobile hotspots only which is a big difference. She is misleading customers. I was under the impression that I'm going to get 11gigs personal data and also have 10gigs free at the wifi hotspots which i won't even use. I was persistent and enquired several times as to why its called 500megs when its 11gigs and she said it's a promotion and she aslo clearly stated its anytime data and not night surfer. If she could tell me that. Why did she not mention it being hotspot data. This is why people are hesistant to buy over the phone because of dishonest agents like this who beat around the bush and lie to finalise a sale. Fair enough it is 11gigs in total. But it's not what was sold by the agent. I have a copy of the call recording prooving the above mentioned and the manner in which she conducted it. Howmany other people signed up expecting 11gigs personal data. I mentioned this deal to my friends and they brought it to my attention that she **** to me. It is because of agents as such that Telkom gets a bad service rating. Tell people directly what you selling them. It's either they take it or not. No need to lie to make a sale. It leaves the customer in a bad situation at the end. Unfortunately for this agent I had to expose this. It's a bad impression on the companies and you.
