Agent hang up on the client.

While trying to upgrade the consultant hung up on me because I pointed out the manner which he was talking to me was very unprofessional and that you should never speak over your client.

I've had continuing bad service for the last year from Telkom Mobile and it doesn't seem like service at Telkom will ever be getting better.
