Agent from their call centre stole my 100 airtime

I bought a R100 airtime when I try recharging its did not go through called Telkom call centre the lady asks the serial no gave it to her then she said she will recharge it on her side in my phone but she did not when I call they told me she recharged it on the other no if which that is not my number we called Telkom more than 100 times but no one assisted even today that airtime is not back. Not sure why Telkom such a big company *****ing from people my no is ********** 152 Themba
