Agent *****ed up now telkom expects me to pay

<p>I went into the Old Mutual branch. I asked for the LTE-A package and for some reason the agent signed me up to the LTE package. She then cancelled the package when when I corrected her. But now i have this LTE package and LTE-A on my bill! When I emailed her and her colleague that sits next to her and neither have rep****. If you don't sort this out I'm putting stop order on my account for the entire amount owed and I'm getting the cpa involved. </p>
