agent could not assist me, does not know what he was doing

i had a problem with my mobile router i received it on friday and wanted for them to check if it was connected i was calling from my cell phone and the agent lehlogonolo that helped me kept on putting me on hold and did not know jack ass what he was doing, i spent R90 of my mtn airtime and was almost on the phone for a hour, i requested to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager, i had to evantually drop the call because my airtime was finish, i am so f..... irretated now people was speaking so highly of telkom service i even regret taking this mobile wifi router. i want my R90 mtn airtime bac****!!!!!! i called 081180
