Ageing infrastructure?

We had (past tense) an ADSL line at home for internet connectivity, then it rained and we experienced no connectivity. A "fault" was duly logged on the 4th of February and still to this day we do not have an connection. An SMS was received on the 14th Feb advising that Jabu from Openserve had received the "fault" and was working on the line. Another SMS was received on the 21st Feb advising that the fault was in hand with technical repair division. Numerous missed calls were received and as soon as we answered the phone it was put down, and when we tried to call back user was unavailable (was this you Telkom? ) numbers have since been blocked due to continued harassment. The cherry on the top was when we received an SMS yesterday advising that we should pay our account even though we have paid for February with zero service Are you really that out of touch with your various departments Telkom? We need vigorous competition in the market so you guys can catch a wake up. My advise to anybody considering Telkom is dont, they are absolutely useless
