Again Telkom is still not keeping to their promise

I Wrote a report on 25 Feb, today is 24 March, exactly 1 month after my report, and I STILL Never get a call from anyone in the relevant team in order to give me my refund, which was due to me. All i get is the same hello Peter response, that you will be working on my matter, but Months are now going past, and you still have MY money.<br> <br> All I can suggest to the world is, never use telkom again people.....<br> <br> Now i know why Telkom is going down....Because your service sucks, that is why people leave this **** service company.<br> <br> I need my money back NOW. not in your own sweet time. NOW.<br> <br> It is not your money, it is MY money.....so give it back and Finalise this matter.<br>
