again no service

Since last year november i sat with 3 going onto four weeks of no internet . it was restored for two weeks and now its off again. When i report the issue i get the same answer that they waiting for technical support. Same bs as last month so now again i will be sitting without internet services for another 3 weeks before someone comes out . why every 3 months must i go through this why cant anyone repair the lines . every technician tells me the error but only resolve it by a quick fix which only lasts a month or so . ive called endless times and receive no results. I dont even receive a discount for not having services i just keep getting billed for something that doesnt work. Heres my home number . ***. Im getting tired of having no results from telkom and i just have to shut up and pay .
