Again, no response

This is my 3rd complaint on HelloPeter.com in 1 month. I have ordered an iPhone 6 Plus as well as the March Wifi deal from Telkom. I have not had a response on either of the orders. It has now been 1 months since ordering the phone. Telkom says it will escalate when I go to the Chat option as well as on HelloPeter. But STILL nobody has contacted me. I honestly cannot believe the amount of effort needed from the customer to just get a response in regards to ordering a product. I seriously think Telkom does not want the business. Telkom PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED ME TO DO IN ORDER TO RECEIVE HARDWARE AND A SERVICE FROM YOU!!!!! I AM BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE ASSIST ME!!!
