Again...No Joy or feedback from Telkom regarding re-imbur*****t

<p>So it has been a month since I posted a complaint on HelloPeter. And eventhough I received feedback from Busi saying a call has been logged for my complaint(Ref: AI ********** ). I have still not heard a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phone the callcentre I am told that they will get back to me, that doesn't happen. I have now once again sent all the details regarding my complaint to Sicelo from the Account Department via e-mail and again no reply what-so-ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know how we can have service providers that we pay monthly and do not provide a service and don't give a S&^% about their clients....</p>
