Again No Internet

Good afternoon,<br> <br> this is the 3rd complaint within a few months. Again my internet is completely shut off. for no reason at all. <br> <br> Calling customer service is impossible! No one answers.<br> <br> If this problem is not solved within 24 hours. I want you to come and collect your telephone and whatever else is installed in my house and I will find a new service provider. What a ridiculous excuse of a company!!!!!
