Again accounts department!!!!!

So here we go again. Just received my account from Telkom. Nothing rectified yet. What absolute load of *******. 4 months now they going to take more than R1000 from my account and nothing I can do about it. If I don't pay they will black list me. So what do I do? Can't go into a shop to get assistance as they say they can't help me.
