After weeks of frustration Patrick came along to save the day.

<p>I won't go into a bunch of detail about my original problem 'cause I've posted about it a couple times before.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's fixed now though. Still not a fan of Telkom, but Patrick who came around to the house and helped out was a total champ.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took him almost 3 hours to find and fix whatever problem the cable department had created. He was friendly and polite and did a great job. It was nice to finally have an actual human being to help out with the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Patrick!</p>
