After trying and having proof of cancellation of contract they just keep deducting

Telkom Accounts department are a joke went into Telkom asked for a cancelation statement they printed me one i went to checkers next door and paid what was on the statement only to find that they gave me another account for new month to get this company to stop charging me is crazy and in the shop all i get told its the accounts department be very careful when signing any contract with Telkom they are a bunch of sharks
