After they ***** your money, they disappear

I will never advise anyone to use Telkom. They sell you products that they know you cannot use. They are very eager to assist you when they can make money out of you. But when you need to get the money back they took without consent, they ignore your emails, calls, Facebook messages, and from the look of it they are not very successful on the HP site as well. I thought this site was for better feedback and to ensure that business like Telkom that ignore their clients, are forced to deal with us. But I guess I was wrong. Look at the list under Telkom - endless complaints WITHOUT any responses. Pathetic!!!!
