After such a long time still no one to help!

February of 2012 I called telkom to have a landline installed for my adsl first they said yes there is a switch and everything. Then about a week thereafter I was told due to copper theft they can't install the line but the area is being upgraded . I tried everyone neotel, web Africa, mweb no one could help 2013. October I submitted a new application again I were told yes there is a switch and everything and again after a day or so same excuse. Again I looked for alternatives and nothing. 2014 Feb again. 2014 October again. Now in 2015 NOTHING. Are these guys for real do they have any idea how expensive it is downloading a ps4 game on mobile data I pay more for data than the game. This year I found a company bitco that apparently is a tier 1 provider blah blah they made we wait 2 weeks to do a line of sight just to tel me oh no sorry we can't help and wil send youre report. So yeah I hope someone important reads this and tells me to wait another 3 to 4 years I'm sure if I took a shovel and dug the trenches myself I'd be done by now.
