After service with business mobile up to S#*t

I am so fed up i opened a business account with them my invoice is billed as Dummy_Org_Name_Residential i phoned them they keep on referring me to a new number then i should mail them then i have to go to store so eventually i went in store and they changed my personal account to my business account and my business account is still Dummy_Org_Name_Residential i actually want to cancel the contract and the lady i called today said its fine as she can't help me so ill have to mail them to cancel as well why the f*#k do i have to struggle with you i have been with telkom mobile since it was 8 ta but really your after service is up to s#*t
