After sales services suck!

Telkom is the worst with their customer service. I am trying to contact them with regards to information on the calculation of cancellation costs. The store told me to call Telkom because my contract was extended via a sales call. The website has no number to call directly. The 081180 number does not route you to a consultant. I have tried constantly to chat with consultants on the site. 2 consultants have now dodged my chat (Boitumelo and Nonjabulo) 14/02. Both chats leading to a no response message within seconds of connecting to the chat.

High regrets of opening this contract. IT'S A TRAP!
