After sales service

So I went to the Store at The Glen Mall in the south of Johannesburg to get my P9 lite booked in for a free (warranty) Screen replacement. Only to be directed to Huawei themselves, which only has one branch which is in Melrose Arch.

The agent at the store advised that I would only need the proof of purchase as the screen would be replaced under warranty.

Went bright and early the next day to the Huawei Store, only to find that they do not have warranty on the Lite phones. and that they would charge me R1500 to change a screen!!!

Guess who will not be upgrading their contract?

I thought you were better than your competitors, But I was surely mistaken.
