After long wait, phones get answered to be cut off

I repeatedly got cut off this afternoon when phoning Telkom Call Centre. Once the phone gets answered the person on the other end greets and then the phone is cut. Is this a practical joke Telkom is enjoying at the customers expense? Surely it cannot happen 4 times in a row after I spent more than an hour trying to get hold of them. Telkom does not deserve our business!!!
