After great service at Telkom when I app**** for a first time contract and every thing went fast

After great service at Telkom when I app**** for a first time contract and every thing went fast. Then to wait 48 Hours for activating my account still nothing. Today is 72 Hours and still nothing. Called Telk on 10213 wich is sales they said I must call 081183/80 wich is customer service. Thy are sending me back and forth without any assistance or any connection. No one will take time to assist me or take my details and refer it to the right department to call me back for assistance on activating my account. Poor Service !!!!
