AFTER CANCELLATION - BILLING STILL FOR SERVICE - THIS MEANS - NO WORK PROPERLY DONE BY TELKOM

<p>Herewith to (as so many times before) I do make an effort to contact Telkom again regarding abovementioned account.</p> <p> </p> <p>My history:</p> <p> </p> <p>We live in Strand and move to Prince Albert in Febr 2014. We transfer the line from Strand to Prince Albert. We live there for a year and then my husband passed away on the 18th of January 2015. I had to move back to my daughter in Strand – she had her own telephone adsl line. I went to a Telkom Shop and they told me to send an email to telkom to cancell this service. I send Telkom an email to cancel the line on the 16th of February 2015. And the email report says – successfully received by Telkom. Nothing was done by telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 30th of March 2015 I send again a email to cancel the services. Also got a successfully deliver report. Still nothing done by Telkom. I did pay all the time the line as I cannot afford Telkom to suspend the line (the email address actually) as I do have stuff to deal with my husbands estate. I did all the way pay for a line that is NOT IN WORKING. I decide not to pay anymore as I did cancell the line and Telkom has to give me credit on the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Telkom suspend my account and according to Telkom I owe them R4519.71. This is totally nonsense. I want to use only the email address: ********** – I do not have a telephone line or a ADSL line. Can you please get all the statements and payments and reconcile so we can arrange for back payment AND PUT ON MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CAN DO MY EMAILS (AT LEAST). </p> <p> </p> <p>If this email is going to be ignored like the previous emails that I did send to Telkom – I do not have a choice to take this into a legal matter with cost to ask Telkom to act according to my credit and to put on my email again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wait for your URGENT response in this matter.
