After a month still no internet due to relocation
Telkom is useless and what a waste of time. I have requested for my ADSL to be relocated as i moved at the end of April 2018. I called and called and the only answer i got was that my request was logged on the new system and currently the system is down so i must call back in an hour. this happened for a week and still i have gotten no joy at all. Telkom wants to be paid at the end of the month and so does my ISP, but me sitting waiting for service to be delivered will get nothing but a sms with the debit orders going off and i never used a mb or a sec on the service. This matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Please may i ask if someone can at least come back to me to assist me or call me or do something rather then to click on a quick respond button that says the same thing to everyone.
This needs a human to respond and the issue needs to be eyeballed and understood.
I had Telkom come past on friday the 01st June 2018 and there is still an issue and i still have no service but the debit order went off. Please refund my R217.89 for the month of MAY 2018 and all i require is service delivery. I stay faithful to my word by signing and making sure i pay, please keep up your part of the contract that you will provide me with a service but i see no service.

07 Jun 2018, 17:19This is ridiculous, I have had no answers so who am I to request assistance via Hellopeter and it seems as if Hellopeter is not even worth documenting your complaint, no one cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My signature on a document was for a service that was promised to be provided for me to use but there was nothing for me to use in the month of May 2018 and now June 2018. This is ***** and no one will assist me to get my money back and stop any further debit orders up until Telkom has resolved my issue. If I don't hear from anyone by COB tomorrow, I will send my request to my lawyers and I will sue Telkom for ******* advertising and ********ly taking money from my account. In the aspect of law, a contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more parties which contains elements of a valid legal agreement which is enforceable by law. An agreement is said to be reached when an offer offered by the offeree has been accept by the acceptor as an acceptance.
