After a Month I still have no feedback

I wrote on hello peter on the 23rd of July and its been more then a month now and the only response i have gotten from them is a reply saying they will contact me but they still haven't. And my problem just keeps growing each month with higher bills i have to pay for a service i am not using and did not order. its thing like these that makes our country terrible, that we can't even deliver a service!! This is really unacceptable.
