After 9 days no response from Telkom from Hellopeter

Can a Technician please come and fix my ADSL and Telephone line, nothing is ever quick and easy with Telkom. How long is this going to take ? Last time it took over 2 months, logged like 5 hellopeter complaints with the same answer stating that your inquiry has been treated as urgent. You guys are Ridiculous with your very long TAT
