Advertising products but have no physical stock

The Telkom Direct stores in Cape Town, namely Kenillworth, Canal Walk and Tygervalley Branches have no stock of the cell phones that are being advertised. Went to go upgrade my current package to a Telkom Mix-add on bundle, so I get to add on a cell phone contract as well as upgrading my internet. I chose a Samsung Note 5 and was told I would recieve my phone by the weekend, however it has been 4 days and still nothing. I just want to know when my phone will arrive as it is VERY urgent and the tygervalley branch that I am dealing can't give me a diffinative answer or exact date to when I can expect to recieve my phone. I am worried because I've seen people complaining about having to wait in excess of 3 weeks and that simply won't do for me.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Sharaaz
