Advertising out of stock products

I am extremely disappointed by the fact that Telkom is still advertising a product of which they do not have any stock for. My upgrade was supposed to happen this week and I really wanted to upgrade to a iPhone 5s. I went to two shops where the sales assistants told me that there were simply no more iPhone 5s phones available. They also said that there is also no stock available at other stores... One assistant was nice enough to say that she will try to source one from another shop if they have. I can understand if two shops have ran out of stock, but how on earth can they keep on advertising a product they simply don't have anymore? Why don't they say on their website that it is sold out? This is absolutely nonsense! Because I am really not interested in another model.<br> <br> My husband and I also requested for a technician to come out to our house in order to check whether we have a good location to install a wireless rooter for internet.... This was more than a month ago and we are still waiting!!! But never mind that now because we decided to go with another company because they obviously don't need our business or money. <br> <br> Their customer service is terrible at the moment.
