Advertising laptops but don't have any

I have been into multiple Telkom stores (Nelspruit, Witbank, Lakeside, Greenstone) to get the advertised laptop deal currently on offer. When I have been to these stores they say that they do not have any laptops. They also tell me that the warehouse does not have any laptops so they can not order. They then give me your telephonic sales number to call but they can only give cellphone deals, so how does that help? The call center agent also could not tell me who to call, she said I should speak to the in store manager who told me to call? Is this just a way to get clients into your store?
