Advertising laptops and then stating they dont hav

Telkom mobile advertises a certain lenovo laptop on their website without a price but saying call us for info and pricing.i tried to phone n1 city,tygervalley, stellenbosch and cape gate for 3 days with no anser. Then i went to tygervalley. I told them wich laptop i want as they advertised it on their website. They told me they dont supply it. I have to apply on the website. But on the website it says i must contact them.other words go to a telkom store.
