Advertising Items But Can't Deliver

I looked into getting an LTE-A contract with Telkom mobile, which they advertise on there website and on flyers...<br> I tried to do it online but they don't call me back. So i decided to go to my local telkom store. I tried to call 4 different stores close to me but none of them answer their phones EVER!! So i decided to go to the Midrand store.<br> They did not have the LTE-A device... and sent me to the Fourways store. <br> <br> I then get to the fourways store at 17:10 on Friday 14th August only for them to tell me the store closes at 17:00 and they have the device but i should come back on Saturday morning. So i got again on Saturday morning stand in lines and eventually get helped only to find that the deal is not loaded on their system... So they have the device but can't give it to me?? So the lady told me, it will get loaded on Monday 17th August.<br> <br> Monday i drive back to the store only to find that it is still not loaded on their system! So it is now the 25th and i still can't seem to get an LTE-A device or contract from telkom, i have filled out forms at the store and online.<br> But no help from Telkom! <br> <br> What else do i have to do??
